1. Selection and Onboarding

Letter of Appointment & ID Card: Upon selection, interns will receive an official letter of appointment along with a Pravlavya Ashray ID card, signifying their association with the organization.

Introduction and Orientation: Interns will be introduced to their peers and coordinators in a WhatsApp group before the program begins to foster collaboration and understanding.

2. Practical Experience in Community Development

Gain direct experience working in the field of community development by engaging with marginalized populations and addressing critical issues such as education, sanitation, and healthcare.

Contribute to impactful grassroots initiatives and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities.

Interns will have the opportunity to participate in monthly webinars conducted by Pravlavya Ashray on various social issues and professional development topics.

Upon attending these webinars, interns will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation, further enhancing their resume and professional portfolio.

5. Charity Program Participation

During Pravlavya Ashray’s charity drives, five selected interns will have the opportunity to join the organization in the field, gaining hands-on experience and contributing directly to impactful programs.

6. Recognition and Rewards

Certificate of Completion: Upon successfully completing the program, interns will receive a certificate recognizing their contributions to Pravlavya Ashray’s projects.

Intern of the Month Awards: The top two interns will be recognized as “Interns of the Month.” They will receive a certificate of appreciation and a special feature on Pravlavya Ashray’s LinkedIn page and website.

7. Online Certificate Distribution Ceremony

At the end of each month, an online certificate distribution ceremony will be held to formally recognize the hard work and dedication of all interns.

Interns will receive their certificates during this event, which will be streamed online, providing a sense of accomplishment and closure to their internship experience.
